Permissions Options and Description.
Opportunities Module - enabling this allows a user to view the opportunities section and add/edit their own opportunities.
View and Edit all Opportunities - enabling this allows a user to modify any opportunity in any office for the account.
View and Edit Opportunities in assigned Office - enabling this allows a user to edit only the opportunities within their assigned office.
Bids Module - enabling this allows a user to view the bids section and add/edit their own bids.
View and Edit all Bids - enabling this allows a user to modify any bid in any office for the account.
View and Edit Bids in assigned Office - enabling this allows a user to edit only the bid within their assigned office.
Approve Bids - enabling this setting allows a user to be an authorized executive to approve bids, if required.
Print Bid/Job Documents - allows a user to view and print the job documents for any job within their office.
Receive Job Won Emails - PavementSoft issues a variety of email notifications. Enabling this option will notify the user when a job is won within the company.
Track Time Module - enabling this permission allows a user to view and edit the time tracking module to clock employees in and out.
Job Module - enabling this allows a user to view the job section and add/edit their own jobs.
View any Job - enabling this allows a user to view any job in the jobs table.
View Jobs in assigned Office- enabling this allows a user to view only jobs in their office in the jobs table.
Edit Viewable Jobs - enabling this allows a user to edit any viewable job (see above options for what jobs are viewable).
View Jobs Assigned to Crew - enabling this allows a user to only see jobs that are assigned to be completed by their crew.
View Job Financial Information - enabling this allows a user to see pricing and cost data for jobs.
Access Accountant Job Areas - this option allows the user to view and edit the ‘Accountant’ section of the dailies module.
Receive Job Status Emails - this option enables a user to receive updates to Job statuses for their jobs.
Schedule Module - enabling this allows a user to view the schedule.
View all Schedule Items - this option allows a user to see all items on the schedule.
View Office Schedule Items - this option allows a user to see only items on the schedule that are assigned to their office.
Edit Owned Schedule Items - this option allows a user to see only the jobs on the schedule that they created.
Create Schedule Items - this allows a user the ability to add a free-form item to the schedule (i.e. placeholder, or non-job item).
Remove or Edit viewable Scheduled Items - this allows a user to edit, modify, or remove items that they can see on the schedule.
Update Scheduled Item Status - this option allows a user to update the work order item status from the schedule.
To-Do Module - this allows a user to view the Notes/To-Do section of PavementSoft.
View all To-Do items - this allows a user access to see all Notes and To-Do items.
Dashboard Module - enabling this allows a user to view the dashboard overview.
View Company Dashboard - if this is enabled, a user can view the statistics for their entire company.
CRM Module - allows a user to view/access customer data (client, property, manager). Salespeople, Admins, and Executives should have this enabled.
Edit CRM Data - allows a user to add and edit customer data (client, property, manager). Salespeople, Admins, and Executives should have this enabled.
Merge CRM Data - this allows a user the ability to merge similar/duplicate customer data items.
Measure Tool Module - allows a user the option to utilize the measure tool.
View all Measure Projects - if this is enabled the user can view all saved measure projects in the measure tool.
Access Executive Reports - if this is enabled, the user can view Exectutive reports (profitability, sales, statistics, etc.).
Access Company Files - allows a user the ability to edit/upload/remove company files.
Import/Export Access - allows a user access to import or export company data.
QB Desktop Access - if this is enabled the user can connect to QB Desktop from PavementSoft.
Docusign Access - if this is enabled the user can connect and integrate with Docusign.
Hubspot Access - if this is enabled the user can connect and integrate with Hubspot to import/sync contacts across the platforms.
QB Online Access - if this is enabled the user can connect to QB Online from PavementSoft. This allows them to send info, etc.
View and Edit Company Info - this allows the user the ability to update company settings.
View and Edit Office Info - this allows the user the ability to update office settings.
View and Edit System Settings - this allows the user the ability to update administrative settings for the system.
